I previously sold a copy-pasteable script not using Google Tag Manager. It ended up causing more trouble so I discontinued it.
It’s also possible to have a redirect to custom thank you page and conversion tracking, but that requires making sure refreshing page doesn’t create duplicates, removing PII from url and making changes to not update referrer with redirects. It requires custom work.
