My company is based in Helsinki, Finland.

For companies outside EU (US, Australia, UK etc) there’s a reverse VAT.

For EU companies it’s tax free. Yay! I’ll need your VAT ID.

For Finnish companies and EU consumers without a company there’s a Finnish VAT 24%

I will send a Stripe payment link that looks like this. You can pay with company credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

You’ll get an email for accounting.

Like consulting with a lawyer or doctor, you pay for the time. In 70% of cases we’ll be able to solve the problem right there. 20% of time we’ll find a solution but more work is needed. 10% of the time, a realistic solution might not be found, or it might require too expensive custom coding or switching to another platform.

You’re often paying me to find a solution to a problem more than the actual implementation.

Most time is not spent on coding or design. Coding is quick. For a pro like me, the actual coding might take 2 minutes out of the 1h job.

Communication takes most of the time. If we screenshare, use WhatsApp instead of emails etc. you’ll save a lot of money.
